Very tight knit team and a lot of autonomy/empowerment is given to each employee. Constantly collaborate and try to improve on any issues/make strengths stronger.

Small and growing, so a lot is asked of each employee and constant iterations take a lot of mental focus/endurance. Will have more benefits with growth.

Depending on the person, many of the cons can be viewed as pros. As a small startup, you are forced to be scrappy and a self starter.
