Storykit used to be a strong, diverse and fun company to work for when I started 2 years ago. Before then they where in a start-up phase and decided to build a strong CSM team. After a year we went through layoffs which just made the whole company culture crumble. A lot of people left and everything kind of just became a big mess again.

Svantaggi

Bad management (however CSM managers are great) No communications internally A lot of changes Horrible commission structure (impossible goals to reach so you wont get any more money than your base)

Central office, nice colleagues, good collaborations.

Unstable, management feels incompetent. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. The company wanted to reinforce working at the office, yet there was not enough space for everyone to be there. Too small office for the amount of people, no quiet area - feeling like you're constantly working.
