This manager indulges in talking behind employees' backs rather than addressing concerns directly, demonstrating a severe lack of maturity and leadership. Their tone is consistently undermining and disrespectful, fostering an environment of negativity and demotivation among the workforce. The regional sets unrealistic store expectations without providing adequate guidance or training to meet these demands. Their visits only seem to contribute to stress and anxiety among employees, rather than offering constructive feedback or assistance. It's clear that their focus is on unrealistic goals without any support or effort to help the team achieve them. The store managers, while often caught in the middle, struggle under the weight of these unrealistic expectations imposed by the regional manager. They are forced to relay these unattainable goals to sales associates, creating an atmosphere of constant stress and pressure. Looking back, it's evident that sticking around was a mistake.
