Terrible employer - Recensione dipendente - Claims Handler presso Strata Solicitors

4:30 finish and holiday 1 hour lunch break

You are made to feel like you cannot speak and socialise with peers, management is awful towards staff. The pay does not equal toward what we are expected to do. They do not accept and treat people with ADHD or other issues with respect or support. I feel like i was put down all the time and not appreciated for what i do in a day.

Management is ridiculously poor. Ideas not listened to or considered.
