Merge with Solaray changed the family feel to a corporate feel where we soon were more like a number and less like a member of a big family working together. The company has very high turn over in the route service position. More and more was expected of us and we had less control over our day to day service. 3 years after coming together with Solaray and the Aurora group, I finally had enough.
