Our Route Service Reps are not Sales reps and therefore we do not offer commissions. We have worked to improve and blend routes over the last several months as we agree, there was room for improvement. As we strive to merge our divisions to one cohesive company, we also value the roots of where each division came from so we are taking a gentle approach in order to hold on to the integrity of those companies.
