      Great response to COVID. SRP is transparent in their COVID approach. CEO invites all employees to weekly meetings to share updates. Appropriate safety measures are taken for each department, and PPE is distributed.

      A LOT of overtime, management preaches a healthy home life/work life balance, but are hypocrites when it comes to actually allowing you to enjoy it after a 50 work week.
