Executive Leadership does not have the skillset to be in the positions they are in. There is too much volatility and inexperience to make working at SRP worth your while. Too much leadership change and lack of direction makes SRP a very risky move. There are many other opportunities that will help you develop your skills and value your contribution. SRP is in a vicious cycle of stop/starts that no amount of effort can or will change direction for this failing organization. There needs to be an immediate change of Executive Leaders before SRP gets a career worthy green light.
