Hands down working for S3 was the best career decision I've ever made! The management team is personable and genuinely engaged and dedicated to my personal success; not just the company success. They strive to not only hire the best employees; but also ensure they understand how each employee works best to ensure individual and team success. Management support and accessibility of by far better than most firms I've worked with. The culture is honest, open and one which encourages work/life balance with remote work and flexibility while simultaneously ensuring only high quality service to all their clients. Salaries and benefits are very competitive with other firms; but the personal nature in which this company is managed makes all the difference!
