      The people are easy to get along with, and the work isn't extraordinarily difficult. Snacks.

      They will lowball your salary. This is indisputable. There is minimal communication from management to techs. I would constantly go to old, outdated site addresses and be told 'whoops'. Documentation is ancient and obsolete sometimes. Not much room for growth. Great if you want to be a help desk technician for the rest of your life.
