Fantastic work ethic by everyone around you. It is great to have like minded people striving to do the best job possible. I have worked at Strategy for many years and the culture is fantastic. I plan for it to be the place I one day retire from.

Nothing Negative because slackers and loafers are not hired. It makes the place great not having the dead weight around.

Owners not engaged, hired mgmt. is lost, layoffs from 150 down to 35. No advertising, little support for sales. Famous for layoff's on last day of month to avoid healthcare premiums for next month. Benefits greatly reduced in 2020. Worked part time since March...
