      - Working with interesting and actual technologies - Working with embedded Linux - Very flexible working hours, and in general: a flexible attitude everywhere (meaning that there is a minimum amount of regulations only) - Lightweight but reasonable SW development process - Flat hierarchy, familiar atmosphere - Coffee, fruits, free parking, canteen (+ Hofer is in 2 minutes distance)

      Svantaggi

      - The office itself is not really nice (in general: old building and furniture, partly open office, some desks have bad lighting) - IT infrastructure could be a bit more professional (e.g. internal network shares, backup drives), but it is maybe getting better.

      Flat hierarchy. Colleagues are pleasant. They accept different cultures. The job is not stressful, it is ideal for students or people who have to study while working.
