The fellow employees in the trenchs - literally the only positive memory I have of the place

- toxic management trickles down to toxic culture - schedule is comemornely inflexible unless you are one of the lucky few golden employees that can get away with anything - the owners may genuinely be the worst people I have ever met. The only good things i ever saw them do were clearly for the purpose of patting themselves on the back. - if you have the audacity to find something new and move on you are immediately marked a villainous traitor and any friends that remain are left in an awkward position by inappropriate, immature, negative comments by management. - they are extremely fake, it takes 2-4 weeks to see past the veneers and by then its too late.

The negativity displayed here only increases my desire to be better, grow more and continue to create opportunity for employees who want more for themselves. My suggestion would be in the future if you see "red flags" within the first 2-4 weeks of employment, you should choose to part ways sooner rather than later. Personally, if I were unhappy in a position, I would not stay for a year + especially if the environment was so "toxic". We wish you nothing but the best in your next career.
