FFF. A beautiful thing. Hours weren’t bad, standard office 9-5 biz. No clock in and out system. Simply show up on time.

Svantaggi

They have a tendency to hire for a position, then attempt moving you into another. They like to cross train, which isn’t bad. If you let you though, they’ll move you into a position you probably won’t like because they are short staffed and have a hard time hiring and keeping.

Everyone is working towards the same goal. People within the company are always willing to assist. Recognized brand in the client space.

Svantaggi

As a smaller VAR you tend to have to work harder and smarter as funds for marketing and various high end tools for lead generation are cost prohibitive.

Owners are incompetent and only care about the bottom line, but the core staff are awesome.

Zero HR management, highly dysfunctional owners & management, relentlessly critical work culture, “CFO” has no business having that title as the credentials are not there and it SHOWS.
