Not a great place to work - Recensione dipendente - IT Support Technician presso StrikeWorks Solutions

Coworkers are great but management was terrible. No real systems set in place for training which put unnecessary stress on team to try and figure out how to perform their work. Environment could feel toxic and berating by management which is unneeded for employees trying to do their job. If you are okay with lack of help and figuring out on your own then is okay but otherwise bad.
