Worked as a sales associate at Strobert Tree Service and had a great experience. Team is supportive, management is fair, and there’s plenty of opportunities to grow. Pay was solid, and commission structure was good. Some days were super busy, but that’s expected. If you work hard, you’ll do well here.

It can get hectic, especially during peak seasons. Sometimes communication between departments could be better, and follow-ups on certain leads took longer than expected.

Monday to Friday day shift. Cool space/environment

Like any sales company, sales guys were a joke and would miss their appointments. Customers would call to complain. Owner is an interesting guy, very loud. Not very organized.
