STAY AWAY! - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso Struck

I wouldn't go near Struck even with a 10 foot pole - it's a mess! Literally 3 months prior to laying off 1/4 of the company, the CEO stood up in front of everyone and talked about how "Struck has the healthiest balance sheet he has ever seen" and "there is nothing to be worried about" and "finances are great." After 25 years of being in business, you would think this company would have their $h*t together, but no. They care more about woke culture and their toxic clients than they do about their own employees. They broadcast how much they care about their people and then when they laid off 1/4 of the company we only received 1 paycheck as severance and our benefits ended 1 week later. What a joke and a bunch of liars! Also, in the interview process I was told there was room for upward and lateral career mobility - that's a lie! Everyone is stuck in their ways and there is no career advancements, only if you're a senior-level employee. Lastly, NO processes at all. One person's job responsibilities seems to overlap with the next, and nobody is willing to step up and speak up or take true ownership because everyone is scared of stepping on someone's toes. This company is a disaster with terrible leadership that heavily focuses on the creative team and nobody else. Stay away!!
