      Open office, small teams, able to communicate directly with heads.

      Svantaggi

      No benefits, disorganized, and seems like a lot of things are very hush hushed. Admin tells us to try new things, new ideas are then proposed but gets shut down because either it was tried many years before and didn't work or admins are too scared to take the first step. Sometimes when new ideas do get the go-ahead, heads are skeptical until proven that the idea works.

      Some of the staff I worked with were amazing people

      Management created a stressful and unsupportive work environment where we often felt undervalued and unheard. Communication was inconsistent, expectations changed frequently, and there was little recognition for hard work. The workload was overwhelming at times, and the constant pressure took a significant toll on my mental well-being. Rather than feeling supported, I often felt disposable. Employee concerns were not taken seriously, and morale was very low.
