Leadership has no background in R&D and Medical devices Leadership are mainly doing administration work than developing the R&D strategy. Only scrap are in leadership team who can't even communicate and present anything to bigger team. The one with more experience and talent in the company are sidelined. Not sure why. Policies and process does not applies to leadership. Only junior level positions open for internal employees, all the leadership positions are hired from non medical devices background with no talents are what so ever.

Sports Medicine has unfortunately changed from a dynamic and collaborative group to one being led by toxic leadership. Rather than working together and trusting team members, they now have an in group and out group. If you’re in the in group, you can say anything you want without being questioned and be automatically trusted even when your track record says otherwise. If you’re in the out group and your message doesn’t align with what the leadership wants to hear, then you are automatically wrong and not to be trusted.
