Don't take this job, unless you are single and have nothing else to live for other than your job. Because the expectations for new reps is to put in 60-70 hours a week, for the first two to three years, take all on call cases, and shuttle around all instruments for future cases in order to eventually be able to make 200-300K. For someone with a family this wasn't realistic for me. Work life balance Hours pressure expectations
