      Provides scholarships to at-risk youth who wish to attend Catholic High Schools who wouldn't normally have the chance.

      Mentoring program is in complete shambles, most mentors are not in contact with their students. CEO is more concerned about the appearance of the office than the operations of the organization. Directors have no managing experience and some never held real full-time positions prior to being hired. Lots of wasteful spending of donor money since CEO came on. Cliquey-Environment:. Horrible culture. CEO hires friends to do absolutely nothing.

      Upper management/leadership feels like walking on eggshells often. It can be very unsettling and unpleasant. Feels stagnat at times and unsteady because of so many random changes. Also not a lot of room for growth.
