Incredible support and coaching. Work life balance, and managing my own schedule. Big thinking and support to do more. I think the management staff are top notch;they expect a lot and keep you to task. They are working hard with you. I have never seen a harder working executive director from the mission and fundraising perspective.

Long term line staff +4 years are myopic and limited. Many have not been in other places, and their purview is frustrating. Management should move them out quickly.

Upper management/leadership feels like walking on eggshells often. It can be very unsettling and unpleasant. Feels stagnat at times and unsteady because of so many random changes. Also not a lot of room for growth.
