9yI appreciate all insight left to us, thank you. But I will also defend what is not true and much of what you said isn't.
Yes - we have turnover as most companies due. Believe me we don't like it when we don't find a good fit. I'm a firm believer that we should never hinder someones future, nor ours.
We do hire and fire on core values of integrity, stewardship and excellence. And while it may sound simple to follow, it's not for everyone.
The employee you said was fired then rehired was never an employee the first time, she was a freelancer. We brought her back on because we liked her. She's a very nice lady.
I am a salesman indeed, amongst wearing other hats as the CEO. I know, its tiring but nobody said running a business would be easy.
We have grown an average of 55% revenue year after year, slowly but surely. In my eyes, that is steady growth.
A far as the other bullets of name calling and gossip, there is no need for me to address them. We get it your upset but don't appreciate all the negativity.
In regards to your "explanations of ratings". If I may....
Again, we're small, as we grow as a company we all grow.
Compensation is not below average, we pay well and reward people for their hard work. It would make sense to not accept a position if you felt the pay wasn't suffice to begin with.
We do not offer 100% paid health, dental, and eye care. Sorry we didn't get that sooner when you were here. It's expensive and took some time to get, but we're blessed to offer it now.
I believe I have asked my team to work late twice since we opened. I am all about you putting your hard working 8 in and leaving and living your life.
The rest of what you said here is false so I'll stop there.

Our Advice (to anyone) in General
Treat others the way you wish to be treated.
Talking negative about people and falsely accusing doesn't take any intelligence.
Work hard and smart, always. Give your employers all you got and you will be rewarded.
Respect your employers just as employers must respect employees. There is no other way.
Have fun and make sure to have a work/life balance as life is too short.
Dream big cause its all possible!
