It's a typical boutique studio with zero to no sense of hierarchy when it comes to roles. You don't get any credit for the work you do and the founder has favourites who think they run the place while rolling their eyes at her behind her back whenever she gives them feedback. As someone who looked upto the founder, having a brand lead and a senior designer show no respect to her was extremely demotivating.
