My time at Studio was really valuable and essential to the development my skills. I found it too be an enjoyable yet challenging environment. I appreciated the feeling of being part of a team, and the talented developers and creatives that I worked with. It is definitely a place where you are expected to be a self starter and not a place where you are micromanaged. The leadership is hands off, yet available. They had open doors and listened when something needed to be changed. They always pushed to present the latest, most cutting edge digital solutions in front of the clients.

Work at an agency that has most of its clients in the pharmaceutical industry can be at times limiting. Although the work is steady it lacks the dazzle that other industries have.

At StudioPMG we always manage to have FUN, while doing some great work for our clients. It didn't matter what the job was for for who, our team helped keep it moving with energy and laughter.

Although they've been around for nearly 14 years, this privately held agency doesn't have the holding company nameplate to offer. However, that also means that working at Studio PMG offers more autonomy, flexibility and on-the-job training than larger agencies. The good news is every role is important, and you can leave each day knowing your efforts made a difference.
