Management does NOT care about the employees. They all stick together, and you don'tt have a voice. It's not the same company that once was great. They used to pride themselves in never firing their people. They've already gotten rid of over 20 people in the past few months...People who have been there for literally decades. They plan on getting rid of more. They send a lot of work to Mexico, so we are losing revenue in the states and quality is down.
