There are really no "pros" i can think of when I think about working at subway. It was listed as one of the worse places to work in a magazine I read once and now I can see why.

Crappy pay (not paid extra for over time no matter how many hours you work), people are always quitting so bosses are always calling you in, bosses are always stressed and take it out on you, on your feet all day in a small area and when there are no customers you're expected to pretend like you're doing something which can be really hard when you've done everything there is to be done, bosses are really petty and gossip to other employees
