      Working for a Homeowners' Association is like working for any other government body. It takes time for changes to be made, items to be ordered, etc. There is also a change annually in the Board of Directors which can change the work environment. It's a small organization so there is not a lot of room for career growth.

      I feel like the work environment is very good overall. the manager is chill and not stressful to work under. when dealing with disrespectful customers the manager would speak up and defend staff, even going as far as having the customer removed

      Things can get pretty boring and at times customers will be somewhat aggressive/rude. tasks can also feel random in a way that they must be completed just because.
