I loved making a difference and the people i worked with. I learned a lot!

Unpaid internship, so not the most attractive, but great for experience!

The mission has potential. Their execution is mid.

You will be overworked and underpaid. The leadership of the organization including the Board is extremely toxic and has no cultural awareness when it comes to working with underserved communities. They’re not concerned with making long term impact and would rather do performative acts of service to make themselves feel good.
