Suitable started as a small start up and has been growing each year. Being a small company means there is a great company culture and room for growth both as a company and as an employee. I have been provided exceptional onboarding and ongoing training, and I can ask anyone for assistance as needed. The team is excellent and internal metrics are high.

Some processes are under construction, but there is now someone in HR who is handling it.

Great place for those transitioning from Higher Ed roles. Decent base pay, decent incentive structure, friendly coworkers, c-suite willing to listen and take feedback.
