If there were even one positive aspect, at least the people working at the company would recommend it to acquaintances. But the turnover is so high that the employees themselves don’t know how long they will stay. One of the senior employees often said: 'Here, we all have something in common: at some point, we all think we're about to be fired.'

Personal development is not possible; there really aren't any qualified people in the company. Not a single employee has completed their computer studies, and the working hours directly undermine this. There are no facilities for studying, and the owner's wife envies those who do study, making their efforts more difficult. Working at SuiteDB means carrying burdens, leaving blood, sweat, and tears for a family of leeches. It's a den of incompetents.
