No one is judged on their credentials, education, or previous experience only on their effectiveness, skills, and work ethic. Good benefits with a solid work-life balance. The people are great to work with pretty much across the board. Not a lot of office politics. Company is growing and has a positive outlook for the next 6-12 months.
