Great Benefits. Good events. Good people but that has slipped since I joined the company.
The PM team is a very hard working team. It's lead by a hard working director that will help his team out any way he can.
The Commercial team is demanding but it needs to be that way to succeed.
The CD team could do with a little more imagination.

The word accountable is thrown around alot within the company. It is not followed through in every department. The PD department is not made accountable for it's actions when mistakes happen. Having been told that they have a different personality and that their ego needs to be stroked is laughable. They are getting big bonuses and are adults like everybody else at the company. There is no need to treat them like a kicked puppy.
Dealing with the accounting department is truly a miserable experience. The attitude that comes across in their emails and the way they talk to other co-workers is appalling. Easily the worst part of any team I have had to deal with in my professional career. Life is made more difficult for directors, PM's, the Superintendent, electricians and warehouse by their attitude. This does not include the Payroll department, that lady is a sweetheart!
