      flexible with schedules, small company feel, nice hometown feel, alternating weekend shifts, nice banking options, training for everyone, make you feel a part of the team

      no advancements, some branches are too small - they need more help with everyday work, sometimes you get stuck in a certain branch and they won't transfer you
