Strange group - Recensione dipendente - Loan Processor presso Summit Funding Group

The people there that started when office opened are so tight, there is no way they will ever let you be a true part of the staff, they have a hugh roll over, they treat a few of the processors like garbage, over worked and definately under paid, 5 years they are still making the same pay as when hired and working off the clock just to keep up the pace. The Loan Officers are spoiled brats, are not required to do their job and even if they do it is all wrong. Thus processors have to clean up their mess which cuts into processing time. Terrible company and management.
