Staff are nice. Management is supportive. No quotas or strict time lines. Staff communicate and work well with each other.

Upper management does not listen to their employees or clients needs. The salary does not increase much. Promises made and not fulfilled. Not enough compensation for driving. Everyone can hear what everyone else is saying when they are speaking in the office. You need to find somewhere to talk to clients.
