Almost none. Unless you are someone who is confidently incorrect and can convince others your idea is good, then you might fit in here. Management is great, only if you are on their good side.

Management is terrible if you are not perfect all of the time, they will promote you to a new position but not train you at it in any way, and then when you start to flounder they yell at you and tell you that you need to do better or you’ll be demoted or fired, without giving any support. Hopefully you can figure out what you’re doing wrong on your own. You’ll also be responsible for paying for applications that are used for the company and when you no longer have access to your account you’re still being charged for it! Do yourself a favor and don’t apply to this company. I know many people who worked here, wonderful educators, who no longer work here because of the toxic work environment.

Some team members are passionate about education and supporting multilingual learners. The product itself has potential value for districts and students.

There appears to be a high turnover rate, particularly within sales roles. The management style can feel very micromanaged, which makes it difficult for employees to build trust, autonomy, and long-term relationships with school districts. While the company emphasizes its mission of helping multilingual students, much of the internal focus seemed to be heavily centered on revenue and quick sales cycles rather than long-term educational impact or partnership with schools. This can create a disconnect between the mission that is communicated externally and the day-to-day experience internally.
