People quit left and right because they can’t afford to have the job. Yet… the owners have tons of money. One while two techs were quitting one owner said she had to make an emergency trip to Hawaii because they got the floors wrong on her 5th house. Another owner said that his wife was gone all week at his 3rd house in Breckinridge. What I’m saying is they are really cheap when it comes to taking care of their employees. Their “retirement” is a joke. 3% matching over 5 years if you can get ahold of hr to start it. Nobody knows how it works they only do it so the government doesn’t investigate them. Health care is crazy stupid. They switch health insurance plans with one month to go and played the victim. It’s really expensive, is what they said. Holidays are a joke. People who know how to rig the system get all the Fridays and holidays off but somebody who is at the bottom of the totem pole will have to wait 3 years to get one holiday off. Expect to work like a slave with crap wages, lousy benefits, and terrible time off. Expect owners pockets to get fatter while you can’t get ahead.
