10yBased on the title, it seems that it may have been a number of years since this person worked at Summit Polymers. We agree with the "Chance to grow up inside the company" comment. 61% of our Manager and Supervisor jobs were filled with internal candidates in 2015
We have 63 units of "on-line" Engineering OJT modules, plus classroom training for leadership, communications, etc. twice a year. We use Paulson on-line training for molding skills. We also train internally or send employees to outside resources for a number of other technical training topics
