Summit's Paid Time Off (PTO) policy provided 3 weeks of paid time off which included sick time. The PTO policy was replaced by a Responsible Time Off (RTO) policy and is no longer capped at three weeks for paid time off. RTO is offered in addition to 10 Federal Holidays and sick time. Raises are, in some cases, limited contractually. Performance is also a factor in salary increases.
