Terrible management. They reward those that do nothing an reprimand those that do everything. No sense of open door policy. No training. Had a manager that kept telling me she was "there for me" but when I asked her for assistance she would speak to me in a condescending tone as if I were to know all the answers and not help at all! As a sales representative you get paid very little and have to do a whole lot. Yes you get commission but commission is sporadic AND they hold commission from you until company is funded...we did our job why should we HAVE to wait to get paid????
