Lots of benefits are only offered to main office. Field managers don't get true PTO, not even close. Travel team let me know that I just reply to their emails immediately whether I'm on PTO or not. RVP says we have to reply to customer emails no matter what. Accounts payable sends you reminders that you have to code every incoming expense same day, although they take a week to mail a check out to a vendor. Everything has a convoluted process. Managers are expected to accept any treatment by customers and apologize for the customers poor behavior. Archaic. Low pay for hourly team members unless your manager wants to fight them for you.
