Favoritism based on office politics, high performers typically glossed over if they aren’t apart of the inner cycle. Long hours, over worked, paid well below market standards. Micromanaged by the director with lack of context as to why. It’s good to get your foot in the door if you want experience, BUT, if you already have years of experience, go somewhere else.
