My journey with Sunlife began 3yrs back and I count these as years of enormous learning . The leadership team at Sunlife is fully committed to strengthen and nurture the two pillars - Technology and Culture, that drive the organization’s vision. As the organisation is rapidly moving forward in its digital transformation journey, it provides immense opportunities for its people to work on latest and wide spectrum of technologies , in Agile and nimble teams, empowered to experiment and learn- Devops, Mainframe modernisation, Automation are some of the pivotal goals that most teams are tracking. Niche skills like Pega and Salesforce are also picking up,with specialised Agile teams setup to deliver these capabilities. Polly spilling, cross skilling, Job rotation , mentorship are some key programs that support people to grow in their professional journey.
