No one really knows what their doing their system to process claims sucks it is not employee friendly if you are unsure of something and need guidance they refer you to this thing called “kiwi” which is a hot mess and not helpful at all. Too many avenues to search for one thing some managers are not helpful at all if no one knows anything they just send you links to help yourself. Their system to process claims is horrible and if a customer gets overpaid we have to figure out why and it’s an inconvenient on their end and ours an embarrassment.
