CEO always supported me. Sad to see horrible reviews about a very nice woman trying to grow her company. Most come from people not doing their jobs. Staff who respect her, don’t bother w bad reviews.

Hours can be long and pace is busy.

1. Free food once in a while 2. Nice Christmas/Year End celebration 3. Strong bonding between coworkers (thanks to the bad management)

1. Very disrespectful, self-centered, demanding, and quick-tempered management, i.e. owner, who looks down on employees and treats them as trash and dirt. Literally yelled and raised voice at staffs pretty much every day, in front of all other staffs too. Intimidating, degrading, and rude. Coworkers have been called "Stupid" and "Shame on us" for irrational reasons. Tears-filled workplace. Very high turnover rate. Quote from management to all staff: "If you can find a better job, go ahead". 2. Toxic work environment with lots and lots of blaming Management likes to blame and accuse people. Mistake that one makes months ago, will still hunt you down later on. Management remembers the mistake that you make over your achievement. 3. Lack of structure and proper training
