Work life balance, great culture and nice colleagues.

Company strategy is changing and not stable for all dedicated employees

Sunbytes has gone through some rough periods during covid. They choose to keep people on board as their social responsibility. This resulted in a big impact on the company and owners. Lot of colleagues underestimated how much the owners had given them and think this is normal. I liked that they will take care of their team and show loyalty even when it is not needed. Next to that they create a learning environment where people can really develop if you take the chance.

I hope they grow faster so more clients and engineer have a great place to work at. Also they had have some issues in doing assessments, but I believe they have improved on that a lot already.
