• Learned a lot about handling different clients from different industries which was so helpful in my succeeding jobs; I would recommend this position to people who are looking for a kind of broad career experience and want to know more about different companies in the PH; they sometimes manage overseas clients too but rarely • Had a great support system; my team at the time was very competent and helpful - honestly made lots of great memories here • Big importance to culture; we would have monthly fundays and I genuinely felt like the team cared about me so idk about the other reviews I guess it could really depend on how you show up for the team and how well of a fit you are in general • Processes were very clean, which I loved; but management was always open to change if we saw a better way to do things

• Honestly anything in digital or client-based work you should expect to OT, it kind of is just that type of industry and job - I probably would not do this type of job again (Im getting old LOL) but I definitely learned a lot and can say I had a great experience • Just a lot of OT - but at the end of the day, it may just go down to how you space out tasks and priorities
