• Remote opportunity allowed flexibility • Learned a lot about permitting and solar project processes • Worked with some great teammates

• Poor communication from leadership • No warning before termination—just a group email without individual notice • Final paycheck still unpaid after weeks of waiting • Lack of transparency and professionalism in handling offboarding • No appreciation shown for time, effort, and loyalty
