1. No proper company procedure or policy
2. Different standards apply to different department. Some departments have a lot of work flexibility but some do not. Here lack of HR enforcement and policy.
3. Micro-managed on work progression. Always scold when problems happened but management never take effort to understand the situation first.
4. Team bonding arranged on weekends and involved work presentation which totally does not makes any sense to have bonding activity. Why should I waste my personal time over a company event which does not serve any purpose?
5. HR team lack of professionalism and knowledge to address employee issues. This current HRBP only listens what management says and not what the ground people says. She lack of compassionate and expertise to carry out her duties. No capability and ability to mention, always brush off employee questions (or avoid), pushing away responsibilities and giving empty promises. This HRBP is like a useless headcount in the company.
6. Recruitment has been slow with the HRBP taking over the duties, making us suffer with the excessive workload. In short, the current HR team is really useless.
7. Most of the HOD are always pushing things for their employee to do, leaving them to swim on their own. I would say majority of the HOD are really not fit for their role.
